When I graduated college I was at 250lbs..

When I graduated I decided to change that and over the course of a year and a half I lost 80lbs.
When Nate and I got married I was at 159.

Through nursing school I gained some weight back and hung out at 188 for a long time...

then I got pregnant.

After having Ava I was at 232. I lost 20lbs quickly and then was stuck. I was stuck at 212 even with eating right and mini training.

Then I started Advocare in Sept and did the 24 day challenge and lost 13lb and 13in.

Jan 1 I am at 186 I have gone from wearing a tight size 16 to a comfortable 12.

My goal weight is 150lb my goal size is an 8 and through prayer, healthy eating, Insanity, and Advocare I truely believe it is possible. Here's to 2012 and goals and dreams coming true!
So there you have it... me, the real, me... the self conscious me, just me =0)
