Weekly goal for the real chick challenge

My goal for the week really has to do with nutrition and eating right.  I have been doing great being consistent with my workouts but my nutrition is struggling soooo this week I will....

1. I'm going to try the traffic light eating plan.  I'm going to make it a goal to eat mostly "green" foods and only have 2-3 "red" foods this week.

2. I'm going to remain consistent on my supplements.  I'm great at drinking my Spark and taking my MNS pack in the morning, however my lunch pack has been struggling and I've been having a hard time remembering to take them 1/2 hour before I eat lunch.  I'm going to remain on catalyst also and see where I go with bearing down on my nutrition.

3. Drink at least 96oz of water each day.  I do well most days but when I am at work I tend to not drink at all...

So the words of the week and commitment and consistency.  Making good choices even in the moment of weakness =0)


  1. I love the traffic light eating things. Looking forward to good results on that one. Maybe you can set a timer in your phone or something to remind ou to take the pill 1/2 before lunch. Just a suggestion. Have great week.

  2. I've never heard of the 'traffic light' plan before but it sounds interesting! I'm going to have to head on over to google and see what it's all about. I can't wait to see how you like it!   4. I really like the traffic light idea (it's actually for kids) it makes it so simple to make decisions on what to eat
