Day 10 of insanity done... what a day. Husband had to drag me out of bed (even though I get so mad I'm thankful for him and his persistence) We both had a little bit of a rough start.. now is the time when our bodies are starting to wear out and burn out. Now is the time to push. Today was cardio circuit and it was rough... but we did it. Keep pushing through. 1/6th of the way doesn't sound that far but it lets me know I'm making progress. I take pictures about every3-4 days and I have def. seen a difference, I can't wait to see what 60 days holds =0) I'll post 1/2 way pics in a few weeks.
On another note, I don't think I'm eating enough calories in a day. I haven't tracked them (definitely not meeting that goal) but at the end of the day when I think back, I might be shorting my goal intake for the amount of working out I'm doing... so the goal of the next few days is revamping the diet.
I'm so excited! I have 8 people starting the 24 day challenge today and tomorrow for the New Year, New you contest. I'm so pumped to see my team take major strides toward their weight loss goals, gain a ton of energy, and just head down the path of getting healthy. Keep watching for stats on how it's going throughout the next 24 days and at the beginning of Feb we will be announcing the winner=0) I love how much momentum the new year has with people trying Advocare for the first time, with the Spring Chick Challenge and just seeing so many people determined and ready to change their lives makes me sooo excited and motivated to keep on track. 26 more pounds to go =0)
