Week 3 was pretty good. I did lose a pound and that was exciting. Sticking with insanity, however I didn't sleep well most of the week so I struggled putting the intensity required in. I'm kind of at a plateau right now with my weight and my size so I'm excited for the next phase of insanity to hopefully keep my results going. Did I remain sweets free? Well until Saturday night when I made chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and my husband and I ate all of them between friday and today... so I guess I failed miserably at that one... oops.. I like the mini challenges, however, some of them I'm not able to do. Week 4's for finding a new exercise isn't really possible because I'm doing insanity and that's about all the exercise power I have. I do take the stairs at work and do random things throughout the day at home. So I will keep my eyes open but I may not be able to get that one done. I have greatly enjoyed visiting blogs and getting lots of comments on mine. Sometimes you just need to hear someone say you are doing great and know someone notices all the hard work that I am doing.
